Hartlepool Art Gallery
Hartlepool Art Gallery is housed in a beautiful 19th Century church in the heart of Hartlepool’s creative hub offering free entry to all.
With a continually evolving exhibition space and a programme of events and learning throughout the year the Gallery is a welcome home for inspiration and learning.
We have a great café and sell work by local makers and artists. We are also a Warm Hub after the café closes at 3pm.
Our partner venue, the Museum of Hartlepool, is situated on the historic quay site next to the museum of the Royal Navy. You can walk through history at the Museum of Hartlepool and discover Hartlepool’s maritime heritage. There is a program of events and learning opportunities throughout the year.

The Museum will be undergoing transformation with its Tides of Change Project, bringing with it exciting opportunities.
We are looking for interest in future volunteering opportunities and welcome new visitors and event participants. Many events, particularly family events, are free.
