Love Our Street
Would you and your neighbours like to:
- Make positive changes on your street?
- Get to know the people who live nearby?
- Brighten up your surroundings?
- Organise things to do?
- Make playing safer and more fun?
- Work with local partners to help make it happen?
Pool Together is launching an Open Contest for any Street, Road, Grove or Drive in Hartlepool to win up to £500 to help make positive change.
£500 might not sort every challenge, but it could help get the ball rolling.
Alongside the funding, local partners will also contribute their time and resources.
The winners will come together with partners to form a Street Team.
You’ll build a practical plan and make it happen in one action-packed week in April 2026.

A maximum of 3 winning streets in Hartlepool will each receive up to £500 towards their plan. Please note, not all ideas might be possible in the time and budget available. Any money spent must be agreed by the Street Team.
